The Fox River Trail in Green Bay
Activities on the Fox River Trail
The smooth surface on the trail within the city provides the perfect setting for walkers, bicyclists, and runners. Pets are welcome on a leash but you must clean up after them. The southern part of the trail allows horseback riding along the gravel surface, and riders are asked to pick up after their horse. During the winter, snowmobiles are welcome on the limestone part of the trail but not on the asphalt section. This also holds true for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing...but they must share the trail with snowmobiles.
