New Year's Eve Family Events in Northern Michigan

There is so much to choose from for New Year's Eve celebrations Up North for families. With both indoor and outdoor activities, New Year's is a fun event in Northern Michigan.
Boyne Highlands From 6:15pm-2am, the Polar Cubs Daycare program provides a children's party with movies, popcorn, pizza and activities. The torchlight parade begins at 9:30pm and can be viewed from the main lodge. A teen party from 10pm-12:45am in the day lodge includes a DJ, games, food, and more. 231-526-3000.
Boyne Mountain The torchlight parade and fireworks begins at 9:15pm and can be viewed from the base of the Victor slope. A children's party takes place at the Helga Haus Children's Learning Center 5:30pm-1am. Children 3 months-12 years are invited for arts, games. crafts, movies, pizza, and fun. $50 per child for the evening or $10 per hour. 231-549-7274.
Crooked Tree Arts Center New Year's Eve at the Crooked Tree Arts Center from 5-9pm includes music, dance, art, theater, and refreshments. The evening ends with the "Midnight at 9" ball drop. $7 for adults, $3 for children. 231-347-4337.
Nub's Nob The 6pm torchlight parade is a great family event and is free of charge.
Raven Hill Discovery Center A New Year's sleepover begins at 6pm and continues until 9am New Year's Day for children 4-14. 231-536-3368.
